Sincethereformandopening-up,overseasChinesearehappytoseeChinaconstructingapeople-

orientedandharmonioussocietyinaccordancewithscientificoutlookondevelopment.TheyhavebecomeintangibleandomnipresentbridgesconnectingChinaandothercountries,especiallythefollowingthreethemesmayserveasstartingpoints:economy&trade,culture,education&research.

Intheaspectofeconomy&trade,China'sindustryisdevelopingrapidly,someprocessingproceduresoftheoriginalproductscanbetransferredtotheoriginofproductiontocreatejobopportunitiesthroughcooperationwithlocalChinese,andestablishestheoperationmodeofintegratingproductionandprocessing.Thismethodnotonlymaintainsthestabilityofsupply,butalsopromoteslocaleconomicdevelopment,andimprovesthesocialstatusoflocalChinese.
Intheaspectofculture,thecountrieswhereoverseasChineselivearesimilartoChina,theyareasocietywithpluralisticculture.Butthequestionis:howtomodernizeandpopularizethequintessenceoftraditionalpluralisticculture,andnottobecomeamereformality?Inmodemtimes,Chinahaddoneespeciallywellinthedevelopmentofshowbusiness,wemayconsidertoestablishsomecreationbasesabroad,soastohelpthepromotionoflocalculturalinnovativeeconomy,ortoseekforinspirationandsubjectmatterfromthehistoryofexchangebetweenChinaand
othercountriesoverthousandsofyears,toenablethepeopletounderstandtheinseparabletraditionalfriendshipbetweenChinaandothercountriesthroughtheappreciationofmodemarts.

Intheaspectsofeducation&research,ChinaandoverseasChinesecanopenupmorechannelstoallowmoreyoungstudentstogototheotherparty'sschoolsandenterprisesforstudyandpractice,thusnotonlytraintalents,butalsofacilitatethefriendshipbetweenChinesepeopleandforeignpeople.Chineseuniversitiesmayconsiderestablishingbranchuniversitiesabroad,utilizingoverseasChinesenetwork,whichwillyieldtwicetheresultwithhalftheeffort,andbenefitthehumanrace.
WeareeagerforChineseyoungleadersandentrepreneurstogoabroad,soastojoinhandswithustocarryforwardthegreatideasofChinesecultureandthepromotionofaharmoniousworld.

是新加坡南洋理工大学拉惹勒南国际关系学院高级访问学者。此前曾担任现任马来西亚总理政治秘书。并曾在马来西亚和中国各公立和私立大学担任高级研究员、讲师和博士生导师。一直担任多家国际传媒的政治、经济和时事评论员与专栏作家。曾任国际电信联盟行政主管和驻瑞士日内瓦的联合国人道主义事务协调办公室顾问。从美国戴维斯加州大学获得法学博士、MBA.理科硕士（工程专业）、理学士（机械与航空工程专业）、文学士（德语）学位。

中外华人合作共荣的机遇改革开放以来，海外华人也欣见中国以人为本、秉着科学发展观来构建一个和谐的社会。他们成为中外之间的一座座无形的，但又无所不在的桥梁，尤其可以经贸、文化、教研这三个主题为起点。

在经贸方面，中国工业发展一日千里，可以考虑把部分原产品加工程序迁移到原产地，与当地华人合作，创造在地的就业机会，建立生产与加工一条龙的作业模式。这样即可保持供应的稳定性，又可促进当地经济发展，提高当地华人地位。

在文化方面，海外华人的各生长国与中国一样，都是多元文化社会。但如何把这些传统多元艺术精髓加以现代化、大众化，却又不流于形式？近代中国演艺事业发展做得尤其出色，可以把创作基地也设点在海外，帮助提升当地文化创意经济，或在中外千年交往历史中寻找灵感、题材，让世人通过赏识现代艺术，来了解中外密不可分的传统友谊。
在教研方面，中国与海外华人都可开拓更多管道让青年同学到对方的学校、企业去学习、实习，不但培养人才，也促进中外人民友谊。中国的大学也可到海外来开分校，善用海外华人网络，生事半功倍之效，造福全人类。

我们热切希望中国青年领导们、企业家们也能走出去，与我们携手发扬中华文化、促进和谐世界的伟大理念。
